About Exercise Bikes Despite the competition from trendy new fitness inventions, exercise bikes continue to be popular options for home exercise. They offer the same aerobic benefits of riding a bicycle at any time, in any weather, without leaving the comfort and safety of home. Exercise bikes don't take up much space, require little or no balance or coordination, and can provide an effective workout for all levels of users, from beginners to serious competitors. While the same could be said for a number of other types of home fitness equipment, the exercise bike is one of the few that allows you to watch television or read a magazine while you work out. For many people, having convenient access to quality exercise equipment is critical to sticking with a long-term exercise program. |

| this isn't a good product. the seat is painful and can't be replaced with a regular bike seat due to it's construction, the tension to increase the difficulty is poor. the only good thing is the footprint is small. |

I almost never leave bad reviews (this is as first) but this is so frustrating. I received the bike in damaged condition. The monitor wire is severed in the box. Additionally, the construction quality is poor. When the bike was put together, the pedal wouldn't fit into its place, so when I try to exercise on the bike, the pedal immediately falls off. The pedal bolt doesn't screw into the metal arm because its the wrong size. The bike also wobbles significantly when placed flat on the ground.
With something this size and with the inconvenience of returning it, this is a disappointment. I can't even ride it. A waste of money. I just hope they have better customer service than the product offered because as much as it is a pain and I don't want to deal with it, this one screams RETURN ME. |
