Mag's Gym Day 2 Week 5 (w / bonus clip reel)

Day 2 – upper body and cardio-bike for one hour on the bike trainer (just wanted 45 minutes but pushed it to one hour.) Upper Body: Wide pullups w/25lbs – 1.5 (yes, it was hard), Chinups – 3 min (that) sucked, Plank w/20lbs Dumbbell Row – 1st, Pushup w / leg extended – 1 min, Decline Pushups – 1 min (41pushups), ring work, Bench Press Machine Strip Set – 100lbs/13, 80lbs / 10, 60lbs / 8, 40lbs / 8, 20 pounds / 8, Wide Pullups – 6, lawnmowers – 50lbs/15, Chest Flys Strip Set – 10 repetitions of each ….. 30kg, 25kg, 20 pounds;15lbs, 20lbs, 25kg, 30kg.
